The curry gives this a rich exotic taste.
Green Tomato Saute (Level 1)
3 tablespoons butter
1 small onion sliced
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 large green tomatoes sliced
salt & pepper to taste
Melt the butter in a skillet, add the onions and saute until softened. Add the
curry and then the tomatoes. Fry until cooked. Season with salt & pepper to
taste and serve.
